This is the email that Serenity sent this last week. It's short, but it's something. She is alive and well in the MTC. Hopefully this next week she will have a little more time to update us all...Keep praying for our Sister Eyre!!!

 

I only have 5 minutes. But I am good. The MTC is not all it is cracked up to be even though there are some sweet things about it. First, we are not allowed to listen to music, period. (so Christmas is going to stink, so pray that my visa comes through so that I can be out of here by my scheduled departure on the 17th of december). Second, we can't run outside on the field or around the the boundaries or anything, only inside. Good things are the spirit and even though I am exhausted they are forcing the language down our throats. We had to teach our first investigator in Spanish last night. It was just a practice investigator that is already a member but still.

 

Anyways, I am so exhausted and being a missionary is going to be so hard. It seems like I have been here for a week and it has only been 3 days. Well I am out of time. Forgive me, I will write more next week.

 

My regular p-day time for email will be a half hour sometime between 10:15 and 12:45 on Fridays.
